At Eureka Miniatures UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hobby supplies; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all miniatures and accessories are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate metal or resin miniatures are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our UK warehouse using a tracked postal service; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
